KiteitRight arrange kitesurf lessons in the North West and Lancashire throughout the year, at Blackpool, Leasowe, and other popular beaches in the U.K. The busiest months are April to October, so we recommended you book in advance to ensure you place on the course.

Our local is Ainsdale, but we use New Brighton to teach, as we have butter flat water, and facilities to change, pump up kites and waist deep water ideal for teaching

Beginner Kiteboarder Programme - £99/day

A One-to-One four hour course of one to one instruction. We think this is the best way to discover kiteboarding. By the end of this programme, you will usually be ready to move to the next step: getting up on the board! The first part of this program will take you through the steps of piloting a 2 or 4 lines kite, and body dragging in the water. You will also learn about safety and how important it is to the sport. Furthermore, you will be taken through the steps of equipment set up and launching and landing.

Intermediate Kiteboarder Programme - £99/day

By the end of the intermediate programme, you will usually be getting up on the board for your first ride. During the course, you will improve kite piloting with power, one hand kite piloting, body dragging unhooked and hooked in to your harness. One-to-one Tuition

Independent Kiteboarder Programme - £99/day

We aim to have you riding upwind and doing your first jump! During this programme, you will learn how to manage your practice area and to choose your equipment. Your kite flying skills will be improved and you will learn how to control your direction and power, and come back to your starting point. You will be able to fly more powerful kites. You will be use a twin tip, mutant

Ali Barret is regarded as one of the top 3 Freestyle Kitesurfers in the country (3rd Place over all in the British Championships Pro Men 2008) and is well known internationally for his skills. Ali is an experienced BKSA instructor with the skills and individual experience to help you help sharpen the learning curve.

Melvyn Good teaches all year round and has hundreds of teaching hours under his belt. He has taught in all conditions all over the world. This is a friendly chap who has an impeccable record and is IKO/BKSA Registered

The small print: We have every confidence in the instructors we select. However it is agreed between us (you the customer, KiteitRight, and the instructor) that in the unlikely event something goes wrong any claim will be between the student and the instructor (not KiteitRight) and any claim should be on insurance maintained by them (not KiteitRight's) and by booking through us you agree that our liability is limited accordingly.

A days lesson is dependent on tide and wind typically four hours
